ENCORE is the specialized management software CCSD has implemented to help teachers develop and track the necessary paperwork for the students on their case load. The Help Desk hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday excluding District Holidays. The help desk is closed every Friday from 1-2pm for staff meetings. The SEMS Help Desk number is 0099-0295 or 799-0295.
The following video demonstrates how to add a Teacher of Record event in Encore. This an event that must be added and completed for each student at the beginning of each school year.
